The culinary delights served here come from well beyond the borders of Austria: carpaccio from the Argentinian cattle, French escargots or Italian pasta and along with these dishes a glass of exquisite wine from our extensive selection of wines.
Why not try a traditional Tyrolean dish such as Schlutzkrapfen, tasty semi-circular stuffed pasta with different fillings, a Farmer’s salad or cheese spaetzle tossed with our famous mountain cheese. To round off your meal we recommend an Austrian classic such as an apple strudel or a Kaiserschmarrn, a form of shredded pancake, or a French dessert such as crème brûlée or a sorbet. Since we want to guarantee that our guests get top quality, we do not use flavour enhancers, artificial colourings or artificial sweetener.
